Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website (hairarchitect.cz) is Anatolij Dmytriv, IČO 29730384, with registered office at Krásova 704/10, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, registered in the Czech Trade Register.

What data we collect and why

• Course registration: your name, email and phone number. We use them to process your request and to contact you about the course. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Reviews: the email you registered with (to verify your attendance and send you a private review link) and the name, optional role, rating and review text you submit. Your review is published only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Spam protection: when you submit a form, your IP address and basic browser information are processed by the Cloudflare Turnstile service to tell people apart from bots. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Emails: we send only messages related to your request, such as a registration receipt or your review link. No newsletters, no promotional emails.

Who processes data on our behalf

We rely on a small number of service providers who process data for us under data processing agreements:

• Supabase: database and file storage, hosted in the European Union.
• Resend: delivery of transactional emails.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Cloudflare: spam protection (Turnstile).

Some of these providers may process limited data outside the EU. In that case the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep your data

• Course registrations: up to 2 years after the course ends, then deleted or anonymised.
• Published reviews: for as long as they are displayed on the website. If you withdraw your consent, we remove the review.
• Transactional emails and technical logs: only for the short period needed to operate the site and resolve issues.

Cookies

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors. The only cookie is an essential one that keeps the administrator signed in to the admin area. That is why you see no cookie banner here: there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy,
• correct data that is inaccurate,
• delete your data,
• restrict how we process it,
• hand your data over in a portable format,
• stop processing based on our legitimate interest,
• and you can withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.

Just email info@hairarchitect.cz and we will take care of it. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we change a service provider. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
